Our Services are geared towards providing support to business owners through their journey towards leaving their business.

Our Succcession, Exit and Transition Program is a high-value, high-touch consulting approach to assisting our clients through the difficult and sometimes confronting issues of their succession and exit. We bring a modularised approach and deliver sensible solutions and assist with their implementation. To achieve the very best results, we have developed an approach which sees a blend of management disciplines and behavioural principles.

Our Succession, Exit and Transition Program also requires that we work alongside a client's existing advisers in a collaborative and co-operative environment.

We have found that Leadership is critical to the success of any succession, exit and transition strategy. Therefore, we have two additional services whose focus is on ensuring that the right people with the right skills are in place in our clients' businesses:
  1. The Linchpin CEO and Executive Coaching Framework is built upon a foundation question: “How can we contribute to someone’s competence in a respectful, dignified, and effective way?” And, from that a further question arises: “How can we embed quality leadership in our organization?”
  2. We approach 'People Deveopment' through the lens of 'Leadership Development'.  The Linchpin Leadership Development Program is designed to target the specific challenges and areas of focus that leaders in the workplace confront. The program has been designed to support the key elements derived from the Strategic Plans of their host businesses or employers. 
These three services can be run in any combination or as 'stand-alone' programs with clear and achievable deliverables.
