The second seminar in the recurring breakfast seminars series will be held on 12 August 2010.
Divided into two parts, the seminar is provocatively titled "Egos, Expectations, Exits and Elegant Departures".
The content of the seminar draws on many of the behavoural drivers of succession complexity: entrepreneurial delusion, relationships, performance, "letting go", leadership, and the simple matter of "getting started".
The second part of the session will involve exploration of the "how to" elements of succession for the owners of privately owned and family owned businesses. This will include consideration of the behavioural principles which can impede succession processes and which can derail intended succession outcomes. A number of tools and practical hints are provided to participants.
