New Research Uncovers Significant Gaps in Baby Boomers' Ownership Succession Plans

Linchpin Succession Management's Fourth Annual Survey into the preparedness of Baby Boomers to undertake sufficient and appropriate preparation for their business succession again highlights a significant shortfall. Whilst some of the indicators reflect some progress has been made, disappointingly others have gone backwards. According to Bill Hovey, CEO of the Linchpin Group Australia and the national practice leader of Linchpin Succession Management, "The real tragedy is the ease with which many business owners neglect their preparations -and the negative impact this will have on their future well-being and their financial independence once they have stood down from their business."
